The apartments are on the day of arrival at 2 p.m. ready for you. We look forward to you! On the day of departure we ask you until 10.00 a.m. put the luggage in front of the door.

travel cancellation
General terms and conditions for the hotel industry
That means for you:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price.

In order to save costs, we recommend that you insure yourself. Click on the page of European travel insurance and take out holiday insurance yourself.
Book your own personal guardian angel (5% of the travel price).
Non-smoking house

Of course you can also bring your four-legged family members with you after consultation.
DOG RULES OF BEHAVIOR:
We kindly ask you not to take your four-legged friends to bed with you - the next guest will thank you. Please always take a Gacki bag with you and put your dog on a leash in the yard out of consideration for the children on the yard and guests with other dogs.
Owners are responsible for their dogs!
